Lavender is one of the world's oldest and commonly used herbs. lavender has the ability to promote a sense of personal peace and stability, and freedom from mental and emotional stress. The Dalai Lama counts Lavender as one of his favorite herbs. Prepared as a  tea it is also used to treat headaches, muscle cramps and dizzy spells.

Use 1 tsp. of tea for each 7-9 oz of water ( 212°F ) in the teapot.

Steep 5-7 minutes.
