Organic Green Tea

This famous green tea, from the town of Tai Ping, has a very unusual shape. The long, flat leaves with imprinted crosshatch markings are created by special hand processing unique to this tea. The standard for its picking is one bud per two leaves, resulting in a clean, green tea color and high fragrance. Appreciate the rich flavor without bitterness, even with many infusions. 

Tea Origin: Anhui province, China.

Harvest Time: end of April

Use 1 tsp for each 7-9oz of hot water ( 185°F ) in the teapot. Steep 2-5 min.

The leave are good for multiple infusions.
