2021 Organic Green Tea

An Ji Bai Cha was the favorite of Song Hui Zong, Emperor of China (1082-1125 AD). He named this tea "Bai Cha" because it reminded him of white jade. Yu Qian refers to this teas picking time, which is always before April 20th. This tea is smooth with a light sweet freshness because of the high concentration of amino acids.This is a very popular tea for those who want to appreciate the health benefits of green tea with a mild, gentle flavor.

Harvest Time: before April 20th

Brewing Guidelines
Teaware: 12 oz. glass or porcelain pot
Amount: 1 ½ Tbs of tea leaves
Water: 185°F filtered water
Infusion: First infusion at least 3 minutes. The leaves are good for multiple   infusions. Add a little more time for each subsequent infusion.
