Our Promise
We want every cup of Tiger Lily tea to make you happy. If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at support@tigerlilytea.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging.
We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item, including applicable taxes. There is no need to ship the item back.
Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for an insurance claim.
Tea Products — Final Sale
Because tea is a food product, all teas—including loose leaf tea, tea bags, blooming teas, and samplers—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for food safety reasons.
This final-sale policy does not apply to tea that arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or with a confirmed quality issue. Please follow the instructions under “Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items” above.
Teaware Returns
Unused teaware in its original packaging may be returned under the following conditions:

Email support@tigerlilytea.com with your order number and reason for return. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We'll email you a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Once the label is issued, please hand the package to the carrier within 14 days.

Pack the item securely, using the original protective packaging whenever possible. Refunds may be reduced if an item is returned used, incomplete, or damaged because of insufficient return packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at support@tigerlilytea.com and we'll look into it.
If your teaware arrives broken, don't worry—all teaware shipments are insured. Please follow the instructions under “Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items” above.
Sets and Bundles
For gift sets or bundles containing both tea and teaware, only the unused teaware portion is eligible for return. Tea products remain final sale.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at support@tigerlilytea.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
