Shipping Policy
At Tiger Lily Tea, we're committed to the quick and careful delivery of every order.
Order Processing
Most orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on business days ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays generally ship the next business day. During holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.
For order-processing purposes, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for customers who prefer a faster estimated transit time.
We may ship through USPS or UPS depending on the destination, package size, and service availability. When possible, we use a service comparable to the shipping option selected at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Teaware Shipping and Protection
Teaware is packed with additional cushioning and protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. All teaware shipments are insured.
If an item arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for complete instructions. Contact us at support@tigerlilytea.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may refund the merchandise price after the package is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if reshipment is requested.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package is significantly past its estimated delivery date, contact us at support@tigerlilytea.com. We'll help initiate a search or investigation with the carrier.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and your local carrier office. Packages are occasionally scanned shortly before final delivery.
If the package is still missing, contact us within seven days of the delivery scan and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or misdelivered, we'll provide a replacement or refund for the affected items. If delivery is confirmed to the address entered at checkout, eligibility for a replacement or refund will be reviewed based on the circumstances.
