At Tigerlily Tea, we are committed to quick and careful delivery of every order.

🕓 Order Fulfillment
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST: Shipped same day

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST: Shipped next business day

USPS does not deliver on Sundays

🚚 Domestic Shipping (USA)
Shipping takes 3- 5 days via USPS, depending on destination

Rates are calculated by weight

Priority Mail is available and will be prioritized for packing

Occasionally, shipments may go out via UPS Ground or Saver

🍶 Teaware Shipping & Protection
Teaware is fragile and packed using traditional methods

All teaware orders are insured

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@tigerlilytea.com with photos

📮 Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is considered complete once marked “delivered” by USPS or UPS

If a parcel is missing post-delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:

Submit a missing mail form

Visit their local post office

File a claim with the courier

We do not replace items marked as delivered
