A delicate white tea with a floral aroma and subtle sweetness. Harvested in mid-April from Fujian Province, China, Bai Mu Dan is best appreciated over multiple infusions.
Ingredients
- Organic White Tea (White Peony)
Brewing Instructions
Use 2 tsp. of tea in a 12 oz glass or porcelain pot.
Use filtered water at 190°F.
Infuse for at least 2 minutes.
The leaves are good for multiple infusions.
