Tulin "Gaoli Gongshan" Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake — Da Chang Gan (200g)
Low stock
Intro:
From Yunnan Tulin Tea, a heritage pu-erh producer founded in 1985, this compact 200g cake is a beloved classic among ripe pu-erh drinkers. "Da Chang Gan" translates roughly as "great flowing sweetness" — a promise the tea delivers: rich, comforting, and naturally sweet from the first sip.
Origin:
Yunnan Province, produced by Tulin Tea Company, one of the province's established pu-erh houses known for consistent, well-fermented ripe teas at honest value.
Tasting Notes:
Dark mahogany-red infusion with a soft, rounded body. Earthy and mellow, with hints of chocolate, chestnut, and rice sweetness. Gentle on the stomach and completely caffeine-mild by evening standards — a perfect after-dinner tea.
Brewing Instructions:
Break 5–8 grams from the cake. Rinse once with boiling water and discard. Steep at 212°F (100°C) — western style: 3–4 minutes; gongfu style: flash infusions of 10–15 seconds. Holds up across 8+ steeps.
