2017 Meng Song Sheng Puer – Raw Loose Leaf Green Puer Tea

This sheng (raw) puer is produced from tea leaves grown in the mountainous Meng Song region of Yunnan, China, an area known for its high-elevation tea forests and clean air. The leaves are sun-dried and carefully pressed into a traditional tea cake for aging and preservation.

Brewed tea yields a golden liquor with an aromatic, slightly vegetal flavor and a refreshing finish. The taste becomes smoother and sweeter with each steeping, making it ideal for multiple infusions.

• Amount: 1 tsp per 7–9 oz of freshly boiled water
• Water Temperature: ~200°F (93°C)
